It happens when the lights dim, the kitchen hums, and the first pour of wine hits the glass. That’s what we came to capture at Taverna.

Taverna isn’t just a restaurant. It’s a feeling. The low flicker of candlelight. The deep grain of wood tables. The aroma of rosemary carried on warm plates from the kitchen. Our job wasn’t to stage it—it was to feel it. And then photograph what it feels like.

To make space for the best imagery, we collaborated with the Taverna team to invite a few beloved customers for a complimentary evening. It gave us time to move with intention, and it gave the guests a moment to feel celebrated. That decision? It made all the difference. From capturing thoughtful chef movements to the natural joy of a wine toast, the evening was rich with texture.
