The demand for housing in North Idaho rose exponentially over the last couple years and Robert Jacobs with Coldwell Banker Realty had a vision for an amazing development. In the heart of historic Post Falls, he and his partners raced to build beautiful condos with a modern, industrial feel. They commissioned SLAB Visuals to help provide video assets needed from conception to completion.

First, SLAB curated photo and video assets to assist with the city approval: The project needed to fit the urban revitalization goals as well as preserve the historic nature of the area. Once approved, SLAB documented construction progress for keeping web and socials updated and generate the buzz needed for sales upon each unit’s completion.

The Millworx Community development is in full-swing, with more units completed every few months. This several-year process is going strong with excellent interest from local businesses desiring to set up in the community as well as buyers looking for the perfect condo with stunning views.
