The Accredited Certifiers Association holds a conference each year for Organic Inspectors to get the professional development they need to stay current on all standards and Strengthen Organic Enforcement. Gathering together is crucial for such a remote and isolated field and the ACA wanted to increase interest, attendance and satisfaction with the event.
Solution

The ACA partnered with SLAB Visuals in 2023 to create exciting highlight videos and sizzle reels of the event to continue engagement after the conference and hype attendees up for the following year. Through careful planning and marketing support by SLAB, the videos were rolled out on different platforms and made specifically for each audience to ensure maximum engagement and interest.

The registration for the 2024 Conference experienced a massive renewed interest and engagement as soon as it opened. Attendance for the event increase by nearly 50% and the ACA secured it’s first sponsors. SLAB Visuals was present to film the conference from the educational content to happy hours and sigh-seeing. The momentum built from the initial video content created a flywheel of demand and interest and the ACA is leveraging this momentum to begin promotions of the 2025 Conference. They are positioned for further expanding attendance, securing more sponsors and continuing to strengthen best practices of organic enforcement throughout the industry.
